Welcome to Barnet National Trust Association's Website

There are 53 National Trust Centres, Associations and Property 'Friends' Groups based in London and the South East Region. Like Barnet, they look to offer their members a varied range of outings, talks and social events and, in the process, have fun whilst helping to raise money in support of the National Trust. During 2016, with a total membership of 15,000 members, we collectively raised just over £349,000 for various appeals within our region.

Other local centres & associations include Edgware, Enfield, Harrow, Wembley, Ealing, Wimbledon & Richmond.

Barnet National Trust Association was formed in 1979. We are a friendly group of over 300 members and we have now opened up our membership to those who are not members of the National Trust.

We have a monthly lecture programme as well as day outings, an annual 5 day holiday, a quiz, lunches, coffee mornings and other events. Our members receive 3 newsletters a year, by email or post.
We welcome new members and we are always interested in recruiting people who would like to help with the organisation of our programme.

The annual membership is £8 plus £6 for additional family members at the same address. Membership renewals are due in October.

Our lecture meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month from January to November (No meeting August) and the second Tuesday in December, at 7.45pm at:

St Mary Magdalen Church Hall, Athenaeum Road, Whetstone, N20 9AE

(just off Whetstone High Street and a few minutes walk from bus stops)
